Born on August 28, 1989, in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State, Nigeria, Bolaji Olukoya is a builder—not just of homes, but of ideas, systems, and legacy. From the laboratory to real estate, his path has been marked by grit, reinvention, and a quiet but unshakable commitment to purpose. Today, he leads Realbees Global Limited, one of Nigeria’s fastest-rising names in real estate innovation.

Early Journey: Where Purpose First Took Root

Bolaji’s professional journey began not in business, but in healthcare. He served at the National Blood Transfusion Service in Lokoja as a recruiter and laboratory scientist—an early indication of his people-centered mindset. He later taught at Luster School in Lagos, shaping minds with patience and intention, before joining Raystorm Hospital in Abuja as a doctor’s assistant.

These roles laid the foundation for his work ethic, his deep empathy, and his ability to lead with both head and heart.

For Bolaji Olukoya, success is not accidental—it is the result of consistency, clarity, and courage. His story is a reminder that every season matters, every skill counts, and that breakthrough is born from beginnings that often look ordinary.

WHAT I DO

As the MD/CEO of Realbees Global Limited, I lead efforts to develop luxury real estate projects that combine architectural innovation with strategic foresight. My work focuses on creating high-value assets that uplift communities and set new industry benchmarks.

Corporate Growth: From Sales Floors to Strategic Vision

Each experience refined his ability to connect, communicate, and convert potential into progress—skills that would become invaluable in his entrepreneurial journey.

Fuelled by a desire to explore new challenges, Bolaji transitioned into the corporate space, taking on key roles in banking and insurance. He held sales positions at Union Bank, UBA, and FCMB, all in Abuja. Later, he became team lead at Cornerstone Insurance and eventually rose to Sales Manager at Drekford.

Each experience refined his ability to connect, communicate, and convert potential into progress—skills that would become invaluable in his entrepreneurial journey.

Behind the vision and drive is a man deeply grounded by family. Bolaji is happily married to Blessing Oghogho Bolaji, his strongest supporter, confidant, and partner in life. Together, they are building a future defined by love, faith, and intentional growth.

In 2020, Bolaji Olukoya made the defining leap of his career by founding Realbees Global Limited—a real estate development company built on the pillars of quality, innovation, and long-term value.

Realbees Global began with a bold vision: to design homes that don’t just look good, but live well—properties that combine aesthetic appeal, functional design, and investment worth. Under Bolaji’s leadership, the company has grown rapidly, delivering off-plan estates, smart homes, and community-based developments in high-growth areas like Kaura, Apo, and Kuje in Abuja.

Today, Realbees Global is not just building homes—it’s building trust, transforming neighborhoods, and creating new standards in Nigerian real estate.
